The Centifolia rose - the 'hundred-petaled rose' - offers a softer, more honeyed and rounded rose experience than the Damask variety. Its scent is lush and enveloping, with a beautiful waxy sweetness and gentle powdery softness that feels almost edible. There is less of the sharp, green freshness you find in Damask rose and more of a warm, plush, comforting floral embrace.
