Alessandro Gualtieri is a renowned Italian perfumer with over three decades of experience in the fragrance industry. Known as 'The Nose', Gualtieri began his career creating scents for prestigious fashion houses like Versace, Fendi, and Helmut Lang. In 2008, he founded Nasomatto, his own avant-garde perfume line based in Amsterdam, followed by Orto Parisi. Gualtieri is famous for his unconventional approach to perfumery, drawing inspiration from raw, primal scents and embracing accidents in his creative process.
