Alexandra Carlin

Alexandra Carlin is a French perfumer who discovered her passion for fragrance at age 18. She studied at ISIPCA in Versailles and joined Symrise as a Junior Perfumer in 2007. Carlin draws inspiration from literature, art, and travel, translating emotions and stories into scents. Her style is characterized by experimental ingredient selection and unique olfactory narratives. Notable creations include Diptyque Kyoto, Margiela Replica Matcha Meditation, Amouage Honour Woman, and L'Artisan Parfumeur Tonka Blanc. Carlin's favorite raw material is labdanum, which sparked her love for perfumery.
