
Amandine Clerc-Marie
Amandine Clerc-Marie is a renowned French perfumer who grew up immersed in the world of fragrance, as her mother worked in the perfume industry. After studying at ISIPCA, she began her career working with legendary perfumer Michel Almairac for over a decade. In 2011, Clerc-Marie joined Firmenich and has since created fragrances for prestigious brands such as Chloé, Thierry Mugler, Yves Saint Laurent, and Lancôme. Her notable creations include Chloé EDP (2008), Mugler Aura EDP (2017), and Burberry Goddess EDP (2023). Clerc-Marie is known for her expertise with floral notes, particularly rose, and her innovative use of vanilla. In 2024, she was promoted to principal perfumer at dsm-firmenich, solidifying her status as a leading figure in the fragrance industry. Her fragrances have received industry recognition, including awards from The Fragrance Foundation.
