Christian Provenzano

Christian Provenzano is a renowned master perfumer with over 50 years of experience in the fragrance industry. Born in 1953 in Casablanca, Morocco, to Italian parents, he began his career in Amsterdam in 1971. Provenzano's expertise lies in fine fragrances, where he has developed an instinct for consumer preferences while adding his unique brand of innovation. His creations have influenced the success of major fragrance businesses worldwide, including Agent Provocateur, Jo Malone, and Penhaligon's. Provenzano's style is characterized by his passion for exotic ingredients, influenced by his Moroccan upbringing and extensive global travels. He is particularly known for his expertise in Oriental and Arabic fragrances. In 2017, he launched his own fragrance collection, CP Parfums, with Patchouli Noir winning 'Best Niche Fragrance' at the Pure Beauty Awards 2018. Currently based in Dubai as Global Director of Perfumery at CPL Aromas, Provenzano continues to inspire a new generation of perfumers with his creativity and enthusiasm for the craft.
