Epinette is known for his work with niche brands like Byredo, Vilhelm Parfumerie, and Atelier Cologne, as well as mainstream brands like Zara and Anna Sui. His style often incorporates woody notes and he's particularly skilled at creating gourmand fragrances. Epinette's notable creations include Byredo's Gypsy Water and Bal d'Afrique, and Sol de Janeiro's Brazilian Bum Bum Cream scent. He won the Fragrance Foundation's 'Perfume Extraordinaire' award and is praised for his ability to blend natural ingredients with synthetic molecules to create unique, memorable scents.
