Michel Almairac

Michel Almairac, born in 1953 in Grasse, France, is a renowned perfumer with over 40 years of experience. He began his career in 1972 at the Roure School and has since created more than 70 perfumes for major brands like Burberry, Gucci, and Escada. Almairac is known for his technical skill and restrained approach, creating balanced compositions where each ingredient plays a distinct role without overpowering others. His notable creations include Gucci Rush, Chloé, and Dior Fahrenheit. In 2016, he founded Parle Moi de Parfum with his sons, allowing him to create fragrances free from client specifications. Almairac's style often incorporates natural ingredients, as seen in his work for Brioni, where he used exclusively natural and sustainable components.
