Stéphane Bengana

Stéphane Bengana is a French perfumer with over 23 years of experience in the fragrance industry. Born in Clermont-Ferrand, he pursued his passion for perfumery from a young age. Bengana holds a Masters Degree in Chemistry and a DESS PhD in Perfumery from ISIPCA. He began his career in Paris with Haarmann & Reimer before moving to Grasse to work at Payan Bertrand, where he developed expertise in natural ingredients. After 14 years in France, Bengana relocated to Dubai, joining CPL Aromas as Senior Perfumer and later becoming Perfumery Director. He co-created 'Adamas,' a perfume for Queen Elizabeth II to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee in 2012. Bengana is known for his passion, perfectionism, and extensive expertise in Arabic fragrances. Currently, he works as a Senior Perfumer at Symrise Dubai. His style is influenced by his love for Arabic perfumery, and he brings a unique blend of French and Middle Eastern influences to his creations.
